on three levels
First, we must advocate
 for taking children's
concerns seriously.
Secondly we must advocate  
for their immediate needs 
as against the cutbacks,
and above all
we must advocate to prevent nuclear war   
 and for disarmament."

It catches all of Peggy's special commitment, and the uniqueness of her work with it's focus on children and their teachers as well as the nuclear threat.  It would be great if we no longer had budget woes or nuclear threats, but sadly these
are very current concerns!
